Delta ----- the other day i didn't skip an ad on youtube, some guy taught his children how to have ESP or something like that, to go into a deeper state where wonderful things happen. Delta is when you're asleep. There's a sensed reality when i'm sleeping that all things are solved, i effortlessly address them, and it's so great, Schopenhauer said something nice about sleep too, that it's the only time when we're not suffering. Easy on the guy, the internet wasn't around for him.
