get out of bed. Turn the light on, do something for 15ish minutes. Get back in bed, turn the light off and close your eyes. If you're not asleep in 5 minutes rinse wash and repeat. Won't do much the first couple of times, but the idea is to train your body that getting in bed means it's time to sleep. The light thing helps reset your circadian rhythm
