I feel your pain. Once had a problem with insomnia myself. If you're simply unable to sleep, maybe go ahead and start working.

I hate insomnia. It’s hard to deal with. I hope you can find a solution. Sage tea works for me at times.

Thats why I try to sit and read a book on my phone. Usually if its a book I like within 10 minutes Im dozed off again ( so remb to set your alarm)
Or if Im truly not sleepy I just read for an hour. But don't stare at phone for hours before getting up.
