early bedtimes make sense [I Believe In Early Bedtimes]
At least for teens who don't get enough sleep a lot of the time. Having a set bedtime has been very good for my daughter, even if she doesn't think so!

@kleinemaus my husband sends me to bed around 10.30. At home it was 9 or 9.30pm usually. And curfew at 8pm.
