I Have a Bedtime

After we moved in with my grandparents my bedtime is at 8:15, lights out at 8:45.. I hate it, before we moved I didn’t really have a set bedtime, cause both my parents worked shift, so if they both had an evening shift they wouldn’t be home before around 10, so we got to stay up and wait for them. They tried to never be on evening shifts at the same time though, but sometimes they had to, otherwise I went to bed around 9 ish, it wasn’t that strict.. but now it is.. 8:15 is way to early!!

Weekends I get to stay up until 9, sometimes 9:30.

That does seem like it's a bit early, your grand parents must be use to going to bed that early, if your not loud and make a mess, you might ask can you stay up longer. All they can say is no

@Justiceforall they just said “our house, our rules” and that “growing boys need rest”... My mom tried to mention the same thing to them, but they just said the same thing to her..
