Does your bed position make a difference to you?

This may sound ridiculous, but I have always slept better when my bed is positioned to where I lay from East to West rather than from North to South. It doesn't seem to matter whether my head is at the East or West end, I just know I sleep better that way than North to South. Anyone else care to weigh in on this?

I prefer mine with the head of the bed near a window. I sleep better with the night breeze coming in .

Mine has to be against the wall on one side ,it's a protective thing from my childhood

Not really just as long as I'm next to my partner
IT sounds like you're NOT Bi - Polar.

It probably does after all the tides effect the sea

@YoMomma Yes, and the moon affects the tides. I hadn't thought about that, but yes there could be a connection there. So, the direction of your bed can affect your sleep.
