Can you relax your shoulders? it seems they are always with a lot of tension for me.

I also hold a lot of tension in my shoulders. Sometimes I get massages to release them. Sometimes I do exercises to help release it.

@thinkingoutloud don't know what they are, i just recently started using a gel for muscle soreness but besides that nothing.

@popmol you can look up shoulder tension release exercises on YouTube or even Google. Lots of information and videos on this.
