A new experience I remember having.
Too many theories to know for sure, but the one that makes the most sense to me is the mind is trying to associate that particular moment with a previous moment. However, because none exist, the mind kinda glitches. This is why the sense of deja vu feels like an entirely new experience(because it is) while also feeling like a memory(because the mind is trying to access a non-existent one).
