Have you ever astral projected

My cousin often tells the story of traveling in the astral world repeatedly when young until a white robed man came, told him he didn't belong there and touched him on the forehead, after which time he could not longer astral travel.

I do it all the time. It’s been happening to me since I was a kid. I can always tell the difference between an AP and a dream
