Is there any relevance left?

I don't want to sound like a broken record player, but even my memory is faltering these days. Many moons ago I was on EP. I look foundly on that era. I was about ten years younger then. Age does make a difference. I'm going to the hairdresser tomorrow just because I don't like all the long grey hairs that I see in the mirror. I look very much nowadays as my great uncles and great aunts looked like when I was still a child. Where has the time gone? I feel like there's no tomorrow for me anymore. Even dying they tell us is actually easy. It's like going to sleep. What relevance is there left to what's going on in the world outside now? Less and less, I suppose. But then it hit me. St Paul's letter to Timothy and his conduct as a leader of a church. It's not about the success of the venture in the long run but always about the health of the individual.
