I’m frustrated with people who have no respect for my time

Can be really frustrating. I have one friend I didn’t see for a long time because of this-this year I’ve made an effort to manage our meeting up (I set off late) and give her an end time. I’ve also tried to manage my expectations of other people. It’s helped a lot and we are back on solid terms.

I feel if someone doesn't respect my time. They do not respect me.

Yeah, those types are pretty frustrating.
