I Wasted My Time On Someone

So the person I spoke of when I first posted in this category showed up with his entire family to the place I work and sat down in the dining room to eat 2 nights ago. Of course, it's a public place and they can come and go as they please, but knowing I was there they still stayed. It bothers my boyfriend to no end that they did that. I told him last night that there is nothing I can do about it, but he tells me I should tell him that I'd appreciate if they don't come in there anymore. I think it would be rude to say that. And they probably won't care what I think. Honestly, I don't want to tell them not to come in there because they weren't trying to bother me. What are everyone's thoughts on this?

Simple. Just tell him. You do not want this to happen again, do you?

No I do not want it to happen again, but if they are not harassing me there's nothing I can do.

Not even a friendly word to say that it made you uncomfortable?

@Curiosity: I spoke to the person yesterday asking him why they were there. He said that they were in the area after going to a water park, and the kids were hungry. He said he didn't want to be there because he knew he would catch a lot of crap from my bf, and that his wife did not care if I was working, she wanted the food there. So according to him he didn't plan on being there.

If that is true, he probably won't come back anyway.

@Curiosity: That's what I told my boyfriend. But he doesn't believe me.

Tough call really. You can only be honest with him.

@PoisonLace: If he comes back, you could tell him you'll tell his wife he's still after you and that she should keep a closer eye on him. That should go quite a long way toward shutting him down.
