I was severely abused by a man as a child ... and didn’t have good experiences around guys my own age when I was willing to go on a date ... so I backed away and immersed myself in school and then work after I graduated . But when my Mr. Right walked into my life and ultimately married me .., I have been completely happy . My life is better with him in it
