So tired of being married to a narcissist

He didn't get what he wanted last night and he immediately accused me of cheating on him. And today is punishment. Silent treatment, anger and attitude. He's going out of his way to make me feel unwanted.

I couldn't bring myself to let him use me. He makes my skin crawl.

Yeah he's the type of person who seems very greedy and emotionally cold. He needs a lot of therapy in my opinion. I wonder what was his upbringing? Spoiled and pampered as a child or were his parents cold and selfish too?
If either of these is true then he'll be hard to change. Just my thoughts. I hope you can set him down when he is no longer acting like a big baby and get to the bottom of his emotional abuse towards you because that is what this is, abuse. Btw, I've been there and I left.
