I usually do not talk to the women at my work unless they talk to me first, and we are rostered to work together. It's too dangerous to even say a simple hello without a risk of being reported to HR for alleged SH.

In a public situation - no never. Not anymore.

I don’t know. I would not eat where I shit. But I just took a SH test and I was told you could ask someone for coffee or dinner but if I were you I would never ever compliment -tread lightly lol.
They had this question “manager tells employee, Cheryl you look more easier on the eye than the other employees…” I was like that’s a compliment, no SH and I got it WRONG! 😑 whaaaaaa I mean it’s kinda creepy how he said it and I wouldn’t have reported him… but it sounds like any body compliments is SH. So don’t tell that girl “dam Cheryl you’re body is banging in that dress” 😭🤣🤣 “dam cheryl, you look more easier on the eyes than the other coworkers” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
