What are some tips to develop trust in men?

When good men come in my life, i am not able to trust them. What can i do?

I don't feel safe around men in general.

Stop watching the news, stay off social media and talk to friends of friends who you do trust.

Your fear comes from stereotypes that probably dont even apply to you.
