I don't know how many times, that I have been around naked women, where the situation nothing could be done.
You simply are not doing to do anything, on a crowded nudist beach.
Heck not even in a communal shower.
Forbid thinking about doing anything, being given a lapdance, at any type of bars. The bouncers will have something to say about that, if not the women.
This is excluding in home situations as well, which I won't get into.
