Very married with no ring

My husband and I done wear rings.
I dont like jewelry and I dont need a sign of ownership.

The same thing happened at a research place I was working at years ago.

One of the young ladies that worked in admin was constantly hanging out in the prototyping area.

After a couple of months of her appearing to actively be trying to flirt with us, the word got back to us that she thought the whole shop was single because none of us wore rings. We were all machinists by trade and no intelligent machinist would ever be caught wearing jewelry .....

(=not wanting to lose fingers/skin around all the revolving machinery)

I've been married for 32 years and never had a ring. I didn't think men wore them because my dad never did. Turns out he had one and stopped wearing it because it didn't fit. My wife never wears hers anyway.

I never wore a ring when I was married. I am a leftie, and worked in a lab, with some very sensitive equipment.

I also don't wear rings because the fluid in my fingers fluctuates - and they get stuck on my finger. Doesn't mean that I'm interested in anyone other than my man, though...

I'm married but don't wear a ring. I had to remove it for an operation on my wrist [one of many]. It wouldn't go back on afterwards. I wear it on a chain around my neck now..

Well he's not wearing a ring so you can pretend you don't know he's married, go flirt with him and see if he responds back, you never know where it might lead.

It is customary, but not universal, for married men in the US to wear a ring. But in other countries (such as the UK) it is not as common.

And this is why I always put the ring on lol. I feel like I'm naked if I went out without the ring
