Other than infidelity, abuse or addiction what was the last straw that convinced you to finally divorce? Also how long did you stay married?

I was married to the 3rd ex for almost 25 years. He had always been abusive when drunk, but then when threatened with jail, and after my son was grown, he began to play mind games. Gas lighting me was one of his favorites. He began to have rage episodes. I was so controlled that I couldn't go anywhere unless it was to a store nearby.
Finally, he threatened my freedom openly...and told me he was going to have me locked up. The worst part was when he tried to gaslight me two minutes later and tried to pretend he had never said it.
That's when I told him I wanted a divorce. And he didn't try to get me to stay. There was no love there.
