If your parents divorced and married someone younger than you how would you feel?

My 2nd ex re-married three times after I divorced him. His last wife was 22 years old, from some country in eastern Europe. My son was shocked that the wife was younger than he was. He would shake his head in disgusted wonder whenever he mentioned it...and he never went to see them or visit them.

Personally I currently don't find it appealing to be in relationship with someone younger than my child (she's a minor at 17) but there's more to a relationship than just age.

Everyone has to define their own happiness.

They probably would not be paralyzed and cope with maturity and therefore, so should u.

My mum is in a relationship with someone 10 years younger and my dad is in a “fwb” relationship with someone 13 years younger than him.

I would feel pretty uncomfortable about the whole situation. I’m not sure how I would react though.

Knowing what my parents are like i'd be wondering what someone younger than me saw in them.
