Those of you who are married? Did you know immediately your spouse was the “ one”?

He was Mr he'll do! Sounds shady.
But then something took over.. a firecracker went off in my head and I realised he was Mr Fantastic! With a few faults (not much emotion) as I'm sure we all lack something!
April 8th 2006 I married my friend.. I hope we live more dreams together!!!

No. I had never had any girl so pretty and with such a great personality show interest in me, so I was immediately captivated by her. I asked her for a date, and she turned me down with a reasonable excuse...she was sick. A few weeks later, she asked me for a date. At some point and three years later, I knew she was the one.

Yes, the moment I saw her it was absolutely clear to me. And today I know it was the same for her. But we needed years to realise it was mutual - which only happened after we had become the closest friends possible.

The "one" stops being the "one" after a couple of years for most married couples.

My parents have been together 21 years and both sets of my grandparents were only separated by death@SW-User

@RainbowSprinkles Some people settle, some don't.

I hope they're happy.
