After my last post, I was thinking about marriage

Specifically that I don't think I really want to get married. The last woman I was with I wanted to marry because I wanted to be with her, but I think what I want is a partner rather than a wife specifically. All that to say, if I end up with a woman and she wants to marry me and I can see a life with her then we'll get married, but otherwise I don't really care if I do or not.

The three people who read this far probably don't think this particularly interesting or important, and frankly it's not. But I like to use this site to get thoughts out of my head.

I can kind of get that. Marriage is much more commitment, as opposed to just having some one to hang out with

@caPnAhab to me it's just a piece of paper. It gives no real benefit, and honestly society is kind of past the need for it. Like religion, which is also tied heavily into it.
