If you want to see if your bf/gf is marriage material get them to help you assemble flat pack furniture.

If you can do that without murdering each other you'll be fine.

I once spent a day trying to build some flat pack, but the instructions didn't make any sense. I called the store and the customer service guy actually said, "Ah, that's the instruction manual with the missing page."
