Personality and love are the only critical ones, with "bed efficiency" or at least willingness a very close third. The rest is mix and match with the understanding that the strongest partnerships are built on complementing each other's strengths and weaknesses, not duplicating them.

I enjoy my husband's companionship.
I appreciate his help with the chainsaw, brushcutter and pump.
He's honest, non-violent, and willing to talk about emotions and resolve problems.
He loves me.
Taking it all together, I consider myself lucky.
