I always try my best to stick to the topic and resist getting personal..

But there are people who quickly run out of arguments and quickly turn to personal attacks, ridicule and denigration..

With those kinds of people it really is a waste of time discussing any topic with them.. So blocking them can be seen as a reasonable policy to avoid wasting ones time on SW..
