Last night my wife wearing her pj’s, came out of the bathroom after taking her shower, and I was barefoot and she walked right into me ramming her foot into my big toe’s toenail. She said ouch wth?! I dropped to the floor and gently picked up her foot, didn’t see any injury and I kissed it & apologized.

It's a sweet thing to do but a bit sappy for me. I would have been hopping around oww owwing and my husband would have just laughed at me and told me to look where I was going next time 😂

@samueltyler2 well it wasn't exactly an injury, I doubt it was excessively painful. He'd have took care of me if I was ill, I twisted my ankle on a walk once and he had to carry me back to the car. There were other times when I really needed medical help too but a stubbed toe wouldn't have gained me unnecessary sympathy.

Would you have kissed your wife's foot in that situation?

@samueltyler2 I tend to laugh if I'm in slight unexpected pain, especially if I do something stupid. It would irritate me if I got too much unnecessary attention.

@candycane She said no no no I’m ok. Then after I kissed her foot she walked away 😞 I thought I was going to get a thanks at least. *sigh*
