I'm white and my ex is black. He would do the same. Any time we argued, he usually brought race into it in a negative way. I think racial inequalities have been ingrained in the black culture for so long (understandably), it's just a go-to in their minds any time something is going wrong. I'm not black, so I can't say the definite reason why some would bring race into an argument, but that's my speculation.
