shape matters. Weight is loosely correlated with shape.
Picklebobble2 · 56-60, M
the only thing that counts is how she sees herself and the vibe she puts out there.
Most of us have known quiet, silently seething larger ladies (as i suspect men do too)
There are also bright; happy; vibrant personalities out there amongst the larger ladies and gents.

My husband has found me all the more attractive since I put weight on. It is not a serious issue with me until and unless it becomes a health problem. Then I will lose weight. But not as long as it isn't a health problem.
if it's detrimental to them in some way, yes. otherwise if she is happy and comfortable, and overall healthy, and imean that mentally and physically, then no.
WaterMel · 31-35, M
The number itself isn't necessarily important, but I'd say it's important to be healthy

SW-User
I find too much fat to be off-putting plus I like to be active and healthy and that is not consistent with being too heavy.
ProdigalSummer · F
Depends on who you ask.
Coppercoil · M
I don't care too much.. I look at total package.. You just get that instant sense of whether a girl is hot or not.. and you want to get closer to her. It's impossible to define how heavy is a turn off cause it's different for each girls body type and for someone's personal sense of what creates a fire inside and what doesn't. People who get hung up on all the little details of physical beauty are generally really young people with great bodies. Can't say I blame them.. just how it goes.
Coppercoil · M
@Coppercoil crap I already answered this question once already.. 😭 oh well..
WanderLustChick · 36-40, F
@Coppercoil haha I like it

Everyone's weight matters in the sense that they should be trying to maintain a normal one in order to stay healthy. I don't give a shit until it starts affecting me though. Like if someone is spilling over into my seat on a plane. Or if my country's healthcare spending is astronomical because people don't care about losing limbs to the beetus.
Thingschange4444 · 56-60, M
Not really no. Of course there has to be chemistry but sometimes just a persons good personality is enough to feel connections. Looks are a bonus. But thats it tbh
Reject · 31-35, M
I think everyone's weight matters to a point. It's a matter of health. Though I will say it matters too much to society.
redredred · M
When enough extra weight destroys or blurs the standard, expected female shape, most men find themselves unattracted. Without attraction, most men will not pursue the relationship, so, yeah, weight matters.
Itsmrsockmonkey · M
I think common interests, personality, lovely eyes and smile are what's important
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
yes if you bmi is too high it puts you at risk for type 2 diabetes
Shaman · 26-30
Nah, but weight/length ratio matters

In terms of visual appeal and the texture with touch for me yes. But for some guys or girls they don't care at all and might prefer (it is subjective). However, it is very important in terms of health, keeping your weight under control is really important. :)

Yeah i love a girl at 150 pounds. She is not fat nor skinny. And she is healthy to
Coppercoil · M
No one answer.. so subjective. If I want to do you, then you're not too fat.
Mrsbetweenfatandfit · 31-35, F
Health wise normally and as far as looks it may to some people but ultimately the health needs to be in order and when the girl looks at her body she needs to like it, if she doesn't she needs to change what she can but her love for her healthy body is what is more important than the others opinions on it's appearance.
