Cold weather menu
Dinner is Red Wine Braised Short ribs, over creamy polenta with lightly pickled onions.

Dessert would be Creme Brulee.

Hot weather menu would be...
Vanilla butter poached lobster over tender baby vegetables.

And Key Lime pie
Something so simple and so damn good about Key lime Pie.
