You invited your crush over to your house for a home cooked meal and dessert. What do you cook for dinner and what do you make for dessert?

Dessert would hopefully involve me. Maybe we wouldn't even make it for a starter before jumping to the dessert. Ahem. 😋

Cold weather menu
Dinner is Red Wine Braised Short ribs, over creamy polenta with lightly pickled onions.

Dessert would be Creme Brulee.

Hot weather menu would be...
Vanilla butter poached lobster over tender baby vegetables.

And Key Lime pie
Something so simple and so damn good about Key lime Pie.

Pizza and sundaes

Beef rouladen for main dish. cesar salad for side,Desert . Chocolate croissant bread pudding.

Something that doesnt stick to your teeth..Maybe a cheesecake for pudding and pasta carbonara for main

Im thinking boeuf Bourguignon. And Creme Brulee 😜

Find out what she likes or don't like and make it happen...my cooking skill are pretty top notch and then from that point make what is requested with my own twist and add-in :-)

Hell who knows she might just want some chicken wings..~winks~ ya never know and if thats the case so be it and for dessert nothing like a good wine and relax time.
