Do you think it's possible to stay friends after you break up?

It really depends on the person, how the breakup happened, etc etc. I'm still friends with one of my ex's, we just get on so much better apart. Another ex I had to cut off completely because of what happened between us. Another... I don't really know what's happening there... we aren't friends, just... meh. And more recently my ex bf decided it was best for him to cut me off. We get on really well but he fell for me hard, and apparently needs to be free from me - at least for now. I understand. But yeah, like I said, it completely depends. Sometimes it's just not possible.

i think it would be rare. there might be some negative feelings or they might still have feelings for you which might make the relationship difficult
