I think it depends on what broke it, some things never mend like death causes a hole that can never be filled :(

@LadyBronte: That seems rather harsh
LadyBronte · 56-60, F
I can only speak for myself. In time I've learned to deal but there is no cure and it really never goes away. So my answer, while harsh, is also true.

@LadyBronte: The harshness was on how fast you answered it :(

Ummm well yes, with time you realize that you are much better without that person that hurts and you don't need that kind of nonsense in your life because you are better than that. Everyone has a different way, but usually time and experiences help. Hugs

I agree that a distraction would help. Time and a little distance from the cause seem to be the best medicine
Sicarium · 46-50, M
Yes, distraction.
mynameisrose · F
@Sicarium: give me one example
Sicarium · 46-50, M
@mynameisrose: New romance, new hobby, vacation, work, etc.
mynameisrose · F
@Sicarium: vacation sounds great, new romance I don't think I am ready for that
blueumbrella · 31-35, F
No. But books and music can be a good distraction.
