How do you deal with
Someone who never accepts their mistakes or faults.... makes up every excuse possible to put the blame on you even when the truth is right in of their face...

They either have no self awareness or they're a manipulative sociopath.
Study up on how to spot a sociopath (I can help you with that).
If you conclude that this person is a sociopath: work on detaching yourself from them and getting away. I know it's really hard and it will take awhile.
If you conclude that they're not a sociopath: work on your communication skills. I know, they're the one with the problem. But by improving yourself, you'll influence them to improve, too.
