If i already forgive him should i let him know or would it be bad if ignore him?

Yes -because a genuine apology is about the person you're apologising to. This is about him and using an emotional prop (I hope you forgive me before ...) to control your actions - in this case to manipulate you into making contact with him and assuring him you have 'forgiven him'

Yes that's sounds like that because i been ignoring him for a week when we used to chat via messaging app like every day every night. And we broke up because he said he didn't have want me to put hope on him, his parents wouldn't accept bla bla bla and wanted to still be friends and i tried for some week, i just couldn't. All we did was just figh.
