How to get dates as a 21 year old girl?

I am 21 years old girl never had a bf or asked out. I don't go to bars or clubs. No guys seem to really take interest in me and I don't think I am ugly and even some strangers even tell me I am attractive. I am 5'6 and weigh 125 lbs. I would really like to start dating but the problem is that I am having trouble finding dates and it seems like online dating might be my only choice. I am wondering how I can get dates and what I need to do to find love?

If there's anyone you are crushing on, you ask them out. It's the 21st century, women are equal to men and in that way of who asks who should be equal.
