Should I be jealous if some girls I dont know greeted my bf a happy birthday?

if it's on fb dont worry about it. i always tell people there happy birthday and i dont even know them either or even talk to them.. the site just tells you it's their birthday so people send them greetings . that's all. nothing to worry about :)
