Who wants to play house?

@Lanyx sometimes I cringe while rereading my posts. Much has changed since then, now I'm the one who needs caring 😂 lots and lots of TLC

@LonelyMonster: is it more about love than company? I know that at least for me, I've fallen into a bit of a trap where I'll let anyone in, in hopes of finding love.

Can you tell me more about it? I don't really get it

@LonelyMonster: I just find myself so desperate for contact that I can often scare off potential partners. I haven't seen a person outside of my doctor and my brother in many years, so the prospect of someone even potentially having an interest invokes a "let's meet right now" response. Which can certainly be off putting to many people.

On top of that, it's left me very vulnerable to those who would prey on people who are desperate for some sort of contact like myself, which has resulted in a lot of wasted money and irritation.
