@Cavedweller: Oh well have you talked within that four month? Why did she leave? I would say go slowly let her pick up her mail and maybe offer coffee and chat if she wants to and take it from there. There is a reason why she left so go slow. And how do you know she has not moved on and she's just coming for the mail. Try not to put more into this than it is you could be setting yourself up for more heart ack. But I could be wrong you know her better.
