16 years old dating a 24 year old?

I am much older now..kinda 18, but a while ago when I was 16, I had dated a guy that was 24...Now it was all sweet and the relationship did last about a year. In the time we were dating, we recieved MANY rude comments. I would like to ask what everybody's opinion is on this. Is Age really a number???

What does this mean? Never heard of this age before. You mean you are 17 but almost 18?

Yes, it is. It is defined as the number of complete revolutions of one's home planet about its central star from one's birth until the time of interest. (Here, the planet is Earth/Sol III, star is the Sun/Sol, and a revolution is referred to as a year.)
