She wants to break up to "not hurt me"...but she knows I have BPD...she knows I don't wanna break up and breaking up would hurt more than simple arguments...I wanna die...my BPD is killing me...

The bpd is effecting you and her badly. Therefore it would better for you to break up so she doesn't have to deal with your bpd and better for you because you have some motivation to deal with it. You can always get back together after. Stay strong :)
