In Indian culture, A girl and boy should be virgin before marriage .If she is not virgin then she is not pure for marriage relationship .Marriage is and pure act of creation of life .If either of parents are not honest and not virgin then their children will be of bad Character.Its a belief of Hindu religion based on many observations.
