How understanding would you be if someone dropped your friendship because they developed feels for you that you could not reciprocate?

Why will you never have to face it again? How do you know this?

Just not an experience that overweight, unattractive people have to deal with in most cases. The last time it happened to me, I was at a regular weight. I was also seven years old and had yet to become physically repulsive. Everyone's kind of cute at seven.
