Anybody have a remedy for dry eyes?

I've visited my eye doctor many times, but nothing. I've tried all OTC drops carried in chain stores, but nothing. I don't wear eye contacts, and I doubt it's allergies--the problem is consistent year round.

I do not have a good answer, but I have lived in some environments where the sand and dust in the air became a perennial problem. I never found a good solution, but I did end up carrying wet cloths around a lot to relieve the irritation.

I can't remember having had this problem when I was away in Mexico--it's much less polluted there... but I can't do much about that factor.

The cloth is a good idea... I'll have to figure that out. Gracias. 🤓

How many times for the day do you eat meat?

@Enosan: Idk, maybe twice a week.

Try eating meat everyday... See if that helps.

Eye drops are just Vascular restrictions which means the redness goes away and your eye feels lubricated but that's just for a while.

It can actually do more harm than good.

Meat strengthens you..... Etc.. To much to type

Have you tried the prescription drops Restasis? Your ophthalmologist can also place Punctal plugs.

I have that problem with hay fever, and in the sub tropics it's all year round.......
