Do you think its wise to look for friends online?

I think a lot of us are stuck almost living a "2nd" life because we're trapped.

We're trapped because of our anxiety. We are trapped because we can't figure out a way to socialize with our spouse. We're trapped because our spouse never wants to socialize. We're trapped because maybe outside isn't safe enough.

If you have the capability to socialize outside of the internet... take your chances. You're going to get just as hurt online and none of these friendships really go anywhere.

It's iffy...lot of weirdos out there. Just today I came across some lady that said she can make her tongue change colors by dipping her finger in Kool-aid powder.

I rarely look for them, but I do find them.

so far it hasnt been fruitful. people come and go or change on you or push you away.

If the person knows how to be safe online, then sure. However, they should not get their hopes up. It is easy to get too close to someone who either lies or turns out to have a really bad side to them. :)

Yes I do a lot of guys are shy but can talk on hear .
But are not good at it in real life
