Could you live with someone with who you know there will be some limitations ?

As im disabled since few years now. I started fresh relationships with really cool girl some weeks ago and it goes well for now but i have the feeling that im gonna limit her in somes ways... i need help quite often but i dont want to be assited by my half ...

i hope so but idk if you could imagine everything who comes with at first... when you fall in love you see all good things and its great ofc but you may not think about futur...
