Could you live with someone with who you know there will be some limitations ?

As im disabled since few years now. I started fresh relationships with really cool girl some weeks ago and it goes well for now but i have the feeling that im gonna limit her in somes ways... i need help quite often but i dont want to be assited by my half ...
