How do you manage a relationship where one of the two does not like animals?

non negotiable. I will have dogs until I die. Possibly even afterwards.

I would never be with someone who doesn't like animals. Simple.

It ought to be filtered before there's ever a relationship....sad when one person likes them and the other don't.

Well at the end of the day you either deal with it, make them deal with you getting a pet anyways, or break up. Whichever seems the least damaging. I think not having a pet should have favor over having one though becsuse pets cost time and money for both parties

Couldn't do it either. I only date pet-friendly people and I get that information out of the way early. For whatever reason the other person doesn't like them - that's fine, but don't expect to be spending time with me if they don't. I'll always have pets in my home and would not trust anyone that doesn't understand that.

I mean that's a pretty binary situation... does the animal disliker have some types they hate less?

I love pets. They are better than humans in a lot of ways
