How do you know when its love or lust?

I convinced myself it's lust but after nearly a year and a half, I still think about him hourly....

same here, first with lust but then like few yrs started thinking about having more than just that type of relationship with him & i guess thats when you know, no one is gonna be thinking about a family with a person they lust for, so.. yea lol
