My youngest brother is dating a spoiled brat and says he enjoys it

He says he's aware that she's a spoiled brat but still enjoys going out with her, is that normal?

Maybe he has plans for her. Or is she just so cute it's worth the annoyance until he gets what he wants?? But girls like that are usually one step ahead of the game. i wish him the best of luck
