If the dating narrative was reversed...

And women were expected to approach men to ask them out on dates would women be regarded as creeps and predators if men get 'the ick' and think the women are unattractive just like men are when they approach women and the women think the men are unattractive?

Not that I am in the market. (Having learned how much trouble one woman can cause, why would I want more?) But the way it always worked for me was to just be the kind of guy a woman might want to have around and wait...Does that not work any more?😷

No such thing happens in the Zo é tribe of Brazil.

Women pick their mates. As many as they want even. It's a matriarchal society.... for the time being. Unless they get brainwashed, which is being attempted.

It really makes missionaries mad that it's a proscribed tribe. And they don't always listen to the laws

This makes no sense. If asking someone on a date labels the person asking a creep, there would be no dating.

Also why would a man feel unattractive when they approach a woman?

Presumably you're not standing on a street corner, asking passerby out.
